- Work closely with other departments (Sales, CS, QA...) to collect data. Verify, process these data into reports used for commissions calculation
- Drafting company policy, procedures and make suggestions to the related issues
- Update legal regulations in accordance with labor laws
- Consult and resolve employee’s problems about salary, benefits, company policies.
- HR reports for management purposes when requested
- Accounting tasks (data reconciliation, verify documents...) as requested by line manager
- Others task as requested by line manager.
