• Collect and analyze data from various sources to understand supply chain performance.
• Use statistical methods and software tools to interpret complex data sets.
• Utilize supply chain management software and tools to improve visibility and control over supply chain operations.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and assess their applicability to the organization s supply chain.
3. Project Management:
• Initiate, set up plans and timelines; coordinate and follow up with cross-functional departments to drive the projects.
• Actively communicate the objectives & progress to the stakeholders based on aligned success metrics, deep-dive on arising issues and take reaction plans to ensure high-quality deliverables at a timely manner.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
