MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Advertising Budget Management:

  • Manage and optimize a monthly advertising budget of at least 500 million VND across multiple channels including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

Multi-Channel Advertising Account Handling:

  • Efficiently handle and manage advertising accounts across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others as needed.

Advertising Strategy:

  • Develop and implement advertising strategies on Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
  • Design, budget, and optimize campaigns to achieve the highest performance.

Campaign Execution and Brand Building:

  • Execute promotional campaigns and build brand awareness through various digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, online advertising, social media, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and business growth.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams (content, design, sales, etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Communicate effectively with international markets to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing an advertising budget of at least 500 million VND per month.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel advertising accounts, specifically on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools including SEO/SEM, online advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve high performance.
  • Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Language:

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required.
