- Carry out admin jobs for Land and Resettlement Dept.
- Manage and store documents for the Land & Resettlement Department.
- Perform administrative tasks and act as ISO secretary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, official dispatches, and correspondence.
- Check attendance, support invoice issuance, manage motorbikes, arrange vehicle transfers for the department, compile fuel and taxi bills, and order office supplies and labor safety equipment.
- Translate documents between English and Vietnamese.
- Prepare, save records as ISO requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assignments.
