- Work closely with Sales team to arrange delivery to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) Team to pick up and e-bikes from customers
- Manage and track e-bike inventory, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation
- Identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during delivery or pickup
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Service Teams
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of delivery and pickup activities, including documentation of any issues or exceptions
- Participate in regular inventory management meetings to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimize logistics operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Other tasks
- Build report Tracking lead time delivery, tracking cost and mistake of logistic vendor
- Suggest and improve the logistics process and Logistics SOP
- Contribute and/or lead projects/tasks as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager
