- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally;
- Implement marketing activities and events for Hotel and F&B outlets;
- Ensure all collateral adhere to Marriott guideline and well updated;
- Co-ordinate the production of existing collateral and the development of new promotional materials;
- Together with Marketing Manager (MM) work closely with Digital marketing team to ensure all promotions will be communicated thoroughly to optimize the online and offline strategies;
- Follow the Sales & Marketing (S&M) results on all promotions and advertising campaigns to propose corrective actions if needed;
- Participate developing new ideas such as special packages, programs, promotional activities undertaken by S&M or F&B department;
- Keep updated with the latest developments and trends in the market for effective strategies;
- Follow up market trends and suggest necessary actions to DOSM/ MM;
- Perform general office duties to support S&M department (including selective paperwork and procedures that support for work);
- Other relevant tasks requested by DOSM or GM.
