I. Marketing
1. Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
- Overall marketing activities. Monitor daily activities of the whole Marketing department.
- Ensure department target is met.
- Monitor target achievement.
- Develop overall marketing strategy.
- Carry out marketing strategies and promotion campaigns with Marketing teams.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing agents
- Oversee the Company’s marketing budget.
- Report to company’s management in all Marketing activities
- Preparing monthly reports to BOD including IP & C&R (Monthly report, Operation report, Steering Committee, and group performance report)
- Reserving/booking land
- Circulating and taking note LOO/ LA & HO
2. Seeking for prospects
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Participate in Seminars, events, conferences, fairs and etc. for promoting and seeking for prospects
- Seeking for prospects through Agencies, organizations, companies, mass media, and the internet
3. Lead/Take part in projects/activities as per MCS Workplan or assigned by BOD
- Continuously coordinate with team members
- Carry out daily tasks based on BOD’s assignments
- Supervise the activities carried out by staff under his/her areas
II. Customer Service
- Supervise, lead, guide team members
- Assist customers in Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, IRC Amendment, ERC Amendment, and operation matters
- Lead/Take part in Internal Training Teams
- Lead/Take part in projects/activities as per MCS Workplan or assigned by BOD
- Continuous learning
- Get customers’ participation in activities such as surveys, events organized by VSIP/Authorities, etc.
