⁻ Implement all policy and procedures of Front Office by enhancing the quality of services.
⁻ Assist the guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions.
⁻ Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all the times.
⁻ Be responsible to meet and to talk to the guest at all times with a cheerful disposition and a positive service attitude in accordance with Victoria’s philosophy.
⁻ Check the accuracy of front office accounting records and compiles a daily summary of hotel financial performance of the day.
⁻ Be in charge of all guest requests during the night.
⁻ Handle the reservation process and meet the needs of the guests with the availability of the hotel.
⁻ Be responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls and transferring them.
⁻ Be responsible for selling the items available in the shop.
⁻ Welcome, advise the guests and implement suggestive selling technique.
⁻ Coordinate all transportation needed by the guests or by the staff of the hotel.
⁻ Be in charge of the maintenance of all equipment and material in working area.
⁻ Assist superior in ensuring that the guest satisfaction standards are implemented in accordance with Victoria’s philosophy.
⁻ Be responsible for the luggage of the guests upon their arrival and departure.
