• Oversea and ensure the quality and safety of seafood processing operations.
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with food industry regulations and certifications (HACCP, FDA, BRC, ISO, MSC, …)
• Identify and address any issues related to product quality.
• Work closely with the production team to improve processes and resolve quality-related problems.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports and documentation.
• Directly respond with foreign customers
