1. Support Foreign Guests:
o Welcome and host international clients and partners during their visits.
o Ensure guests have a comfortable and productive stay, addressing any needs or concerns.
2. Travel Arrangements:
o Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for executives attending international food trade fairs.
o Book flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all travel plans are efficient and cost-effective.
o Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and any necessary travel-related information.
3. Interpretation and Translation:
o Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and events between executives and foreign partners.
o Translate documents, emails, and communications from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Administrative Support:
o Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
o Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
o Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
o Handle other administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of the Sales Director’s office.
5. Support Sales with Foreign Customers:
o Assist the sales team in managing relationships with foreign customers.
o Facilitate communication and coordination between the sales team and international clients.
o Provide customer service and address inquiries from foreign customers.
o Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for foreign clients.
