General Trade Expertise:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of general trade practices and navigate through the complexities of the FMCG market.
Develop and execute plans to maximize sales in traditional retail channels.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets by implementing innovative sales tactics and strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, adjusting plans as necessary to meet or exceed expectations.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay informed about product features, benefits, and market trends.
Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential markets and customer segments.
Drive market expansion initiatives to increase the company's footprint in the FMCG sector.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
