- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Spa, including front desk, therapists, treatments, hygiene, appointments, etc.
- Manage the Spa team: recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained throughout the Spa area.
- Develop and update wellness and beauty treatment menus in line with current trends.Create promotional programs and special treatment packages to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory of Spa products, equipment, and supplies.
- Track and analyze revenue reports, expenses, and service performance to optimize operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.
