You will working at the newest O2O e-commerce platform at Viet Nam. English – Chinese – Vietnamese spoken. You will lead customer service team and provide the best customer service to our customer.
- Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity
- Proactive at solve problem, Collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals
- Develop training plans for your team members.
- Forecast of daily workload and peak time, plan to complete backlog but still maintain KPIs
