Warmly and friendly welcome guests to the restaurant.
Guide guests to their seats, present the menu, and provide food and beverage recommendations based on their preferences.
Accurately take orders and pass them to the kitchen or bar following standard procedures.
Serve food and beverages in the correct order and according to service standards.
Promptly respond to any additional guest requests during the meal.
Check and clear the table after guests have finished dining.
Process payments (if required), assist with printing the bill, and thank guests for their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the working area at all times.
Participate in setting up the restaurant area before, during, or after the shift.
Support events or banquet services as assigned.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen, cashier, bar, and other relevant departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
