We are looking for candidates working in HCM/ Hà Nội/ Cần Thơ and be able to travel when assigned.
Develop and build long term strategic relationship with assigned and prospect client(s):
• Understand and develop strong relationship with assigned wholesalers;
• Identify the prospects, turn them into the value clients and identify areas for growth/ development;
• Provide technical solutions for customers by working closely with BID team and chefs;
• Prepare proposals prior to any negotiations and keep track of terms of contracts;
• Resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner;
• Analyze reports to propose and implement weekly/ monthly sales activities and plans;
• Work across departments to be the channel experts for clients so as to advise solutions and develop business;
Sales strategies implementation:
• Plan and implement promotion, launching new products, workshop and related tasks;
• Develop, align and implement distribution channel portfolio strategies, go-to-channel routes;
• Keep up-to-date on current market changes and trends.
